Is there a cost?
No. The self-paced training is free after you receive access.
Do you provide technical support during the self-paced training?
The self-paced program is fully autonomous and does not include instructor interaction or coaching. The training team offers light support only for account creation, credential delivery, and portal access issues.
Can I log into the training portal using my 4js.com login?
No. The training portal uses a separate account; your 4js.com Customer Portal credentials do not apply.
Can I get instructor-led training instead?
Yes. Instructor-led training (on-site or virtual) is available through Professional Services. Please use the contact page to request it.
I didn't receive my credentials, or I can't log in. What should I do?
Email elearning@4js.com with your full name, company, and any error message or screenshot. Support is limited to account and access management.
Do you provide Genero licenses or product access for the labs?
No. Licenses are not provided by the training team. For product access and a valid Genero BDL license, contact your local Customer Care.
Which Genero version is covered?
The training targets the latest Genero Enterprise release at the time of course creation. Each course indicates the version it was developed with; earlier courses remain applicable but may not include the newest features. The hands-on labs can be completed using the version of the product indicated by the training or any later version of the product.
How long does it take?
Plan about 3 hours of core viewing for Genero BDL Basics, plus additional time to complete hands-on labs. After that, take any additional courses as your project requires.
Which languages are available?
Primary language: English. Additional languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish. Localization is progressively expanding; availability varies by course.
